Terry Lacombe is high up the “St Victoire” Hill in Provence back country. This Grenache/Syrah/Cabernet shows great breed and grip and also expresses complex aromas of local wild “Garrigues” vegetation that thrives on the hills of this incredibly beautiful Provence “back-yard”.

Red meats or slow cooked white meat – Rabbit in casserole – strong soft cheese.
