The diversity of wine styles within Italy shows how versatile this country’s producers can be. The wine is lightly sparkling (Frizzante), very fruity rather than cloyingly sweet. Oddero who is a quality producer has given the wine a higher dimension for this otherwise simple application. The low alcohol makes this wine very crowd friendly.

Canopies, chicken liver and foie gras in sweet wine aspic. Shellfish bites.
