Short, Broad, Buttery, richly textured in a creamy feel, with a long lasting finish. Reminiscent of classic Burgundy Chardonnay.
Hubert Bouzereau-Gruere and his Daughters run this minute boutique estate, with the Love and Dedication, that get the results only comparable to the grand wines of Burgundies. It is full, rich, complex with a long finish. A red wine lover's white wine. The 2006 Vintage was excellent and is showing very well already.

Vol-au-vent, Scallops with Beurre blanc, Chicken liver and Foie Gras terrine, Sea Bass in a cream of Asparagus sauce. Young full fat creamy Cheese, Chaourse, Crottin de Chavignol, Gubbeen, Savarin etc...
