Alc. 12.5% 75cl.
Perfectly dry, as with no sugar residue, with red berry fruit aromas, and a touch of beetroot scent. Good grip, with a soft tannic presence.
One of the Parret stable, for the satellite St Emilion fine Terroir. There is no excess oak, or any over extraction here. Just good Merlot fruit and a small higher planted Cabernet fruit Proportion. All that adds to a good harmony of flavours, for a wine that would marry food excellently.
Food Suggestion:
Congar eel Bordeaux style, breast of Duck Steak with confit pearl onions and potato gratin.
