Churches in the South of France are often surrounded by a sea of vines, an indication of how important the vine has been here since the Romans brought it to this region.  This aromatic rosé wine is made from the Syrah grape variety and combines the best of traditional and modern winemaking in the South of France.  With pure strawberry fruit on the nose and a refreshing, juicy palate, it is ideal on its own or with a range of salads and white meat dishes.
