One of the best dry German samples, if lightly fruity, it remains clean and vibrant. The age of the wine has added further complexity to an already floral and citrus bouquet.
A cuvée of Franconia’s best grape varieties finishes in a dryer style resulting in a Food-friendly wine with defined complexity, natural fruit aromas and a full bodied, lingering finish. The bottle shape is a replica of the Legendary 1540 Vintage Hofkeller wine. The label depicts architect Balthasar Neumann’s Drawing of the UNESCO-listed Würzburg Residence under which the cellars of Hofkeller are located.
