Crisp and fresh, without the high acidity, mellow finish. Young wine produced from a blend of Inzolia and Cataratto grapes, brought to full ripeness by the hot Sicilian sun. With notes of tropical fruits and citrus, it has a fruity taste with pleasant and balanced acidity.
Food suggestions:
A “stand-up” wine that does not require food but excellent with a vegetable stir-fry or salad.
