A first cousin of Gallinago Gallinago, the North European Snipe, Puna Snipe, Gallinago Andina lives in goggy wetlands in the foothills of the Andes in Chile. A rather timid fellow with short, bright yellow legs, he is keen to spread his wings and travel the world - Ireland being his first port of call.
